Mission
The mission of the Atlanta Cactus & Succulent Society is to promote the study, growth, propagation, collection, and culture of cactus and succulent plants from around the world. Through knowledge sharing, informative meetings, workshops, and other educational activities, we aim to increase the appreciation and hobby of growing these unique plants.
Meetings
We typically meet on the first Saturday of every other month. Meetings are open to all current and prospective members. Meetings are held at the Northwest Library at Scott’s Crossing, located at 2489 Perry Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. Visit the events page for all of our upcoming events.
Association
We are an affiliate of The Cactus and Succulent Society of America. CSSA, founded in 1929, is a worldwide community of avid gardeners, hobby and commercial horticulturists, nurserymen, and professional scientists who all share an appreciation for cacti and other types of succulent plants.
